This in-person event will provide hands-on experience and expert guidance to help you get started on your herbal medicine journey. \nAbout the Instructor: Jahwei Chen-Graf is a clinical herbalist\, teacher and chief formulator at Remedy Garden. With over 20 years of experience\, Jahwei is super excited to share her passion for herbal healing! Her mission is to empower people to connect to the ancient art of herbalism and to make herbal medicines accessible to all. \nWhat to expect: Using a combination of slide show presentations and hands-on medicine making\, we will explore the medicinal properties and folklore associated with seasonal herbs as well as discover the science behind the best ways to extract herbal constituents. After completing the classes\, participants will have the skills and knowledge to create a home herbal apothecary and connect directly with the plants. \nCost: $395 + Fees \nThe ticket price is for all three classes. There’s plenty of parking in the public lot outside Remedy Garden (1 minute walk away). \nAccessiblity: Please note that there is a flight of stairs to reach the classroom. \nRefund Policy: Due to materials\, preparation and venue rental\, there will be NO refunds after 8/31/26 unless the class is cancelled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment. Refunds before this date will be granted at the discretion of the organizer but we cannot refund Eventbrite and credit card processing fees. If for any reason you are unable to attend a class after 8/31/26\, you are welcome to transfer the ticket to someone else with prior approval.
