In this 3 part series we will delve into the fascinating world of making plant medicine! This in-person event will take place on Monday evenings, October 9, 16th and 23rd from 5.30pm-8.00pm at Elixart in Nevada City.
Discover the art and science of preparing herbal remedies, including tinctures, syrups, teas and salves. During this interactive gathering, clinical herbalist Jahwei will guide you through the process of making powerful and potent herbal extracts. Week 1: October 9th: Teas, Decoctions and Syrups
Week 2: October 16th: Herbal Infused Oils and Salves
Week 3: October 23rd: Tinctures and Elixirs
Each participant will take home samples of the medicines made in class as well as receive a comprehensive handout for future reference.
