Many of you may recognize Jacqueline as a familiar face on the apothecary floor. With a background spanning over 15 years in Pilates and movement education, alongside years of herbal and holistic wellness studies, her work weaves together embodied care and celestial wisdom. More recently, Jacqueline has been drawn to astrology and medical astrology as tools for understanding how our birth charts reflect patterns of health, vitality, and self-awareness. Her passion lies in supporting people in feeling more connected to their bodies, more empowered in their wellbeing, and more attuned to the subtle layers that shape everyday life.
Workshop Overview:
Astrology offers us a blueprint for our soul’s evolutionary intentions. It also provides powerful insight into how our health and physical body are woven into that journey—not as something we are meant to be victims of, but as something we can consciously work with and be empowered by.
Medical astrology helps us understand how the soul seeks to evolve through the lens of health and physical wellbeing, illuminating patterns that influence our vitality, motivation, emotional balance, and overall quality of life.
In this two-hour workshop, we will explore how different zodiac signs, planets, and chart placements correspond to specific health themes and lifestyle tendencies. We’ll discuss how these energies may show up physically and emotionally, and—most importantly—how to work with them in supportive, constructive ways.
Together we’ll cover practical tools such as herbal allies, flower essences, movement modalities, and emotional support techniques, offering accessible ways to bring greater balance, awareness, and resilience into everyday life.
This workshop is designed to help you deepen your understanding of your body’s rhythms, reconnect with your innate wisdom, and engage your health as an active participant in your soul’s evolution.
