Whether you source your plants from from the wild, grow your own or purchases from a trusted source, we will show you how to use them in the kitchen and the home apothecary!
Note: This is a 4 part series occurring every Tuesday evening from 6pm-8pm.
May 7: Week 1: Herbal Infused Oils and Salves
May 14 : Week 2: Teas, Decoctions and Syrups
May 21: Week 3: Tinctures and Elixirs
May 28: Week 4: Honeys, Oxymels and Herbal Foods
Instructors: This series will be co-taught by Jahwei Chen-Graf, B. Nat, Clinical Herbalist and Daylin Wade, M.S, Clinical Herbalist. Both herbalists work behind the counter at Remedy Garden Apothecary in Nevada City and have years of experience in growing and using medicinal herbs.
