As women, our bodies are highly complex and sensitive. A chorus of hormonal queues, involving numerous glands and organs, controls our rhythmic bodies. We live in a delicate balance, and as most of us know, it is far too easy to become unbalanced.

Almost every woman experiences reproductive health issues at some point in her life- from PMS, to cramps, to fibroids, to yeast infections, to UTI’s – there are many ways our feminine bodies can go out of whack. Interestingly, we now know that most of these conditions share similar root causes.

This class explores those root causes, and dives into how we can work with safe and gentle plant medicines, along with key nutrition and lifestyle practices, to break vicious cycles and restore ourselves to balance.

Together, we will learn about the top herbal allies for women’s reproductive health, and how you can apply them to your life and your health challenges in an approachable and user-friendly way.

We will also learn about herbal techniques that are specifically applicable to women’s bodies, and ways to develop ritual around our herbal practices for optimum success.
