Herbal Holiday Gift Making

This class will include hands-on lessons in making three different herbal gifts: herbal chai honey, grapefruit bitters, and herbal lip balm. You will take home one of each of these items, along with ideas and recipes for making several other gifts.

Herbal Chai Honey allows your loved ones to make an instant cup of (caffeine-free) chai tea full of herbs for boosting the immune system, improving digestion, and staying warm

Grapefruit bitters are an awesome gift for anyone who loves cocktails or mocktails. Add the bitters tincture to alcoholic concoctions or plain sparkling water for a tasty and healthful experience. Bitters improve digestion, keep you calm, and more.

Lip balm. Need I say more? Who doesn’t need multiple lip balms to keep around, especially in the winter. Learn how to make your own at home, adding flavors, colors and skin benefits using a cornucopia of medicinal plants!

Recipes will be also be provided for other gifts, including herbal salts, elderberry syrup, herbal balms, “winter wellness” kits, and more! Several items will be offered for sale, so you can get a good start on your holiday shopping!
